Our Team

Tanya Muia-Petkovic  // Agency Manager

Tanya is one of Perth’s leading names in fashion and modelling. Voted among WA’s Top 100 Influential People three years running, Tanya has built a reputation as a fierce model manager, having opened Chadwick in Perth in 2003. During this time, her role has involved model management of fashion and commercial talent, image branding, styling, choreography, deportment, education and production. With an eye for beauty, Tanya has discovered, managed and steered the careers of many successful and recognisable faces.

A WAAPA graduate, Tanya has also worked extensively in the media with positions in radio broadcasting and television presenting, including co-host for Chat Room as well as presenting for Postcards WA, Just Add Water, I Like Your Style, Destination WA, The Russell Goodrick Show, and the Perth Fashion Festival’s Celebration of Fashion.

Vanda Schijf  // Agent & Academy Co-ordinator

Vanda was employed in 2006 to take over the reins of the growing Academy, quickly bringing the school to the forefront of training academies of its type in WA. Vanda has had extensive experience in the modelling industry as a former fashion model, fashion stylist, makeup artist, teacher, producer/choreographer, event coordinator and agent. She continues to work as a full-time agent in the Perth office, along with her duties of running the Academy.

Through her professional guidance, the courses conducted at Chadwick Perth are of the highest standard; with teachers who also have a vast working knowledge of the modelling industry and related fields.

Tammy Nicoloff  //  Academy Teacher

Tammy’s experience in the modelling and entertainment industry spans 20 years.  Both a former model and singer, she has worked for high profile clients such as Crown Resorts, Nike and Myer along with countless runway shows across Perth’s major shopping centres.  Tammy is also a qualified Beauty Therapist and Make-up Artist and currently runs her own business as a Nail Technician.  Her experience as a modelling teacher is extensive along with a ‘Teacher’s Assistant Certificate 3’ to add to her bow.

Tammy is a very valuable member of the Chadwick Team.

Katelyn Williams  //  Academy Teacher

Katelyn Williams started with the Chadwick Academy attending modelling classes from the age of 7 and remained until her teen years.  During her time here she was invited to do an extended period of work experience assisting with photo shoots and classes.  Her time at Chadwick cemented her love for the fashion industry and consequently has since graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Design from Curtin University.

Katelyn started her very own fashion label Kwill Designs, and her love of this industry stemming from Chadwick has always shone through in her work.  She returned to Chadwick in 2020 and brings with her much industry knowledge and experience. Katelyn is thrilled to be a part of the Chadwick team once again.

Fabienne Vanderhaeghen  //  Teacher Model Development Program

Fabienne Vanderhaeghen has been proudly represented by Chadwick Model
Agency since 2006.  Discovered in Perth, 16 year old Fabienne immediately caught the eye of leading industry professionals taking the fashion world by storm. In her first season she booked major campaigns including Bonds, Morrison, Country Road and Peter Alexander.
The momentum continued with Fabienne being catapulted into the big
league.  Signed to 14 top agencies across the globe she featured in international campaigns for DKNY Junior, La Roche Cosmetics, New Yorker Fashion, Wella, Russell Bromley, Bloomingdales and Nordstrom.
She soon graced the covers of Italian Elle, Madame Figaro, Italian Grazia and
Black&White with editorial in American Glamour, Italian Numero, D Magazine,
Italian GQ, Nylon, Costume, Elle Korea, Elle Japan, Lulla, S Magazine, Gael,
Danish Elle, Gizele Japan, A Magazine, Dujou, Harpers Bazaar, Russh, Cosmo
and Marie Claire to name a few.
Now based back in Perth, Fabienne has a new role mentoring in another field and we are very pleased to have her share her knowledge and experience with our new models in development.

Caroline Bailey  //  Modelling Teacher

Caroline has been teaching for the Chadwick Academy since 2006 and comes with 20 years of industry experience. She has worked successfully as a model both nationally and throughout Asia and has extensive experience as a teacher and producer and choreographer of fashion events.

Caroline  is highly regarded in the industry.

Tiana Morgan // Actor >> Acting Classes

Tiana is a Canadian actor whose career in dance, theatre, film & television spans three decades.

A 2003 Theatre graduate from Concordia University (Montréal, Canada) she worked internationally before arriving in Perth.  Tiana combines her work in Perth as an actor with her acting instruction here at the Chadwick Academy.

She is thrilled to be part of the Chadwick Academy team working with the next generation and giving back to the community that has given her so much through the years.

Ady Orupe //  Make-up Artist >> Make-up & Grooming

Known simply as Ady in make-up circles, Adriana Grader-Orupe is one of Perth’s leading make-up artists, with 15 years experience in the fashion industry. Following demands from her clients, Ady has also been involved in styling for ten years.

Ady’s knowledge, skills, and passion in making women look and feel amazing has given her an excellent reputation on the Perth fashion scene, as well as interstate and overseas. You name it, she’s had experience in it: runways, magazine editorials, TV commercials, celebrities, music videos, feature films and more!

Sarah Hughan  // Model >> Presenter and Health & Nutrition Coach

Sarah started her modelling career at Chadwick (known then as Carberry’s) when she was 15. After completing a degree in Journalism and Performance Studies, she’s enjoyed the past 15 years as a successful ABC journalist, model, actor, presenter, MC, and voice over artist.

Highlights of her career so far include a role in the Australian film A Few Less Men, presenting on Channel 7’s WA Weekender and The West Real Estate Program, and representing Oceania in the Miss Italy of the World pageant. She’s also a certified Beauty Therapist, and is a qualified Nutrition and Health Coach. Sarah loves teaching and sharing what she’s learned with her students. When she’s not creating at work, she loves doing yoga, baking, and being outdoors.
